Escape from the Damned by Glyn Gardner

This book is the second in the series and I found it even more thrilling than the first book. This is a fast paced, action packed post apocalyptic zombie story. It picks up right where the first one ended and it was difficult to put down once I started reading.
The story line was well developed and delivered well. The characters are well designed and have a great deal of depth. It was an interesting and engaging story from start to finish and I enjoyed connecting with the characters and seeing them grow from the first book and can’t wait to see what happens in the third book.
The settings and scenarios are realistic and well placed. The author displays the harsh realities that occur in such dire situations. There is love, loss, anger and death. This book will keep you on the edge of your seat, turning the page until you are done.
