Hillary: Tail of the Dog by Angel Gelique

Within the first few pages I was hooked. This young girl wakes up and has no memory and is kidnapped? I knew right away that something strange was going on. I had to keep reading to figure out what was happening!
The set up of this story is delivered beautifully and I feel the author does a great job of leading in to the inevitable discovery of the true situation.
The connection between the characters is realistic and understandable. Their interactions were believable and certain situations left you wondering, questioning what was really going on.
The gore, torture and sadistic fun is well developed and incredibly written. I found myself cringing and thinking wow…what an imagination!
This book is not for the light of heart but it is an incredible book and if you like horror…this is definitely a good choice! I cannot wait to read the second one!
